Astra Signum has a communications centre in Moscow from which it is able to provide services across the capital. We have our own high-speed satellite connection between Moscow and London which guarantees direct access to global internet resources avoiding net congestion. Using satellite and terrestrial technology we can provide high-quality high-speed internet access to parts of Russia where the telephone network is poor or non-existent.

History:
Astra Signum founded by British satellite communications company Symmetric Quorum Ltd. Symmetric Quorum has been working in Russia since 1993 during which time it has implemented a number of large satellite communications projects for such companies as the Russian Savings Bank, SBS-AGRO and Comincom/Combellga. In 2001 with the aim of entering the Russian internet arena SQ formed ZAO Astra Signum.
